ORDER CONFIRMATION, SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME
For EU countries deliveries, we use DPD, FedEx or Slovak parcel service. For non EU countries, USA, Canada, Japan and other Asian countries or overseas we use Fedex, Slovak Parcel or other service requested by our customer. The microphones are manufactured against the order, not to stock. When we receive your order we will also let you know the anticipated delivery date. This is usually 2 – 4 weeks once payment has been received. At FLEA 12, 49/249, 50/250 or M49/249, M50/250 kits this time is extended to 4 – 5 weeks. We will quote on delivery for all overseas orders on an individual basis.
ORDER RETURNS
Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received back to our address in a new, unused, resaleble condition and with original packing intact, along with all receipts or Invoices. Return process must be agreed always in advance via email or telephone between our company and customer. We will refund postage costs only in case of legitimate claim.
We recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
EXCEPTIONS & WARRANTY
FLEA microphones warrants its products to be free from defects in mechanical material or workmanship for a period of five years from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty does not apply to “appearance items” such as exterior surfaces or finishes, face panels, handles, grilles or knobs which are only warranteed to be in perfect condition at the time of shipment to the dealer. Electrical parts are warranted for a period of five years and tubes are warranted for a period of six months. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, damage in transit, accident or neglect, forcible damage, unprofessional handling damage or any other damage from operation which can make product non-functional.
LIABILITY STATEMENT
PSU used for our microphones is electrical equipment and must be used safely in accordance with relevant safety code. It is the individual’s own responsibility to learn and understand the proper usage associated with safe participation in these activities and to fully accept and assume all risks, damages or injury which may result from the unsafe use.
