“I recently had the pleasure of using Flea’s new 48 SUPERFET at a recording in Air studios here in London. The music was performed by a chamber orchestra and I wanted to use a microphone as a spot mic on acoustic guitar and also a harp. I wanted the mic to provide a warm and inviting sound.
I am happy to report, that the new Flea48 SUPERFET excelled in these areas. I found it to be highly musical and in perfect keeping with the Baroque music that we were recording. I am sure that both Vivaldi and Handel would be very pleased with the results, if they were still with us today, for I know that I certainly was and would not hesitate to use the mic in the future.”
